Quality Assurance and Test CEMSI is an ISO 9001:2008 registered company, who prides itself on serving the needs of our customers while obtaining continuous improvement throughout our facility. Our Quality Staff consists of A Quality Manager, Quality Specialist, Incoming, In-Process and Final QA Inspectors that are all trained in IPC Standards and Certified Mechanical Inspection. CEMSI has an on-staff trainer certified in IPC-610, J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC 771/7721. All manufacturing employees are trained to IPC-610 D Class II and III as well as J-STD-001. CEMSI has a full range of testing capabilities including In-Circuit Test utilizing GenRad 2286 test system and vast amount of associated test equipment to perform bench level testing. CEMSI utilizes partners on the development of automated test fixturing, software development, and bed of nails fixturing.
