CEMSI Process Control ensures consistent urethane coating and our machinery is fully programmable to meet or exceed our customer requirements. UV trace elements in the coating are inspected under ultraviolet lighting to ensure compliance with job requirements. For low volume production CEMSI maintains a spray booth where experienced operators apply acrylics or urethanes on a custom basis. For specialty requirements, CEMSI is aligned with a third party for Paraxylyene applications.
