CEMSI evolved from ComSonics, Inc., an established company started in Harrisonburg over 35 years ago, that provides Test & Measurement instruments and repair services to the Broadband communications industry. The evolution that created CEMSI was driven by the pursuit of a business growth opportunity, ownership of the needed manufacturing technology, and the in-house engineering and design expertise within ComSonics.
Following four years of steady growth, and having outgrown available space within the parent ComSonics facility in Harrisonburg, CEMSI moved its operations to Weyers Cave, Virginia, in the fall of 2003. CEMSI’s precision electronic manufacturing services produce circuitry and assemblies for a wide variety of industries including: Automotive, Industrial, Telecommunications, Military, and Medical. |
